Each project location is unique, so we design each canopy to suit the specific climate. We offer a variety of systems tailored to the needs of each location, but our most popular design is the Longspan system. This system is ideal for providing large, covered walkways and entrances that enhance aesthetic appeal while offering protection from the elements.
Duo-Gard’s Series 3800 Longspan canopy system excels in providing long spans without the need for additional structural support. This system is particularly effective in low slope applications, allowing for large cantilevers. It features 25mm polycarbonate panels that maintain desired levels of light transmission and are UV stabilized on both sides, offering protection from harmful ultraviolet rays. Longspan has been rigorously tested to withstand extreme wind and snow loading conditions, ensuring durability and reliability. The system includes low profile polycarbonate end caps that facilitate easy water flow in low pitch environments and a low-profile pressure plate that eliminates shadowing. It also accommodates a wide variety of panels, with options selected based on specific project objectives.
